SINCE 1990, ONE THING ONLY.
Prodal makes abrasive flap wheels with flanges in Narzole, in the Langhe hills. We work mainly as a contract manufacturer, to spec, as we have from day one. We deliver on the agreed schedule and to the quality standards our customers set.

02 · The material
ABRASIVE CLOTH, STEEL FLANGES.
Strips of aluminium oxide abrasive cloth, glued radially around metal flanges. As the flaps wear, they expose fresh grain: the cut stays constant for the life of the wheel.

03 · The wheels
STANDARD, BEVELLED, SHAPED.
Abrasive flap wheels with flanges ("flap wheels with hole"). Each family can be configured by diameter, width, bore, grit and cloth type.

04 · The process
HOW A WHEEL IS MADE.
Four steps, all in our Narzole workshop.

THE FLANGE
Stamped steel, calibrated bore. It is the core that keeps the wheel in balance.

THE FLAPS
We cut the abrasive cloth to the grit you need: straight, serrated or shaped.

ASSEMBLY
We glue the flaps around the flange, one by one, at controlled density.

BALANCING
We check concentricity and balance on every wheel: up to Ø 400 mm without vibration.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Most of what leaves Narzole carries our customers' brands. We don't sell into your markets under our own name and we publish no references: your customers never know we exist. Your catalogue stays yours, we stay your supplier.
MADE TO SPEC
Diameter from 100 to 400 mm, width, bore, grit, profile, label and packaging: every parameter follows your specification. We start from your drawing or sample, prototype, and go to series when you approve. When your part changes, we update the wheel to the new spec.
CONTINUITY
We have supplied recurring orders since 1990. We agree schedules at order confirmation and keep them, along with the quality standards you set. We run small batches too, and repeat them identical when you need them again.
